Prenatal Prep

• 2 prenatal visits

  • We will discuss your expectations and desires for birth while solidifying your birth plan

  • I will lead you through prenatal exercises, pain management techniques, as well as relaxation techniques for labor and birth

Birth Support

• home / birth center / hospital care

  • I will be by your side continuously throughout labor and birth to provide emotional, physical and informational support

• on call support

  • I will stay with you and your baby for approximately 2 hours postpartum to provide additional support with latching and breast/chest feeding, making sure you and your baby are off to the best start.

postpartum care

• in-home visit

  • we will reflect upon your birth experience, discuss healing/recovery, feeding your new baby, your nutrition and address any questions or concerns you may have.
